Deloitteと協同している全米取締役協会（NACD）は第2回目のNACD NXT Recognition Awardsを発表した。この賞は、企業において長期価値を構築するための戦略として、取締役会のダイバーシティとインクルージョンを活用することに長けた点を評価している。
NACDは投資家の信用と国民の信頼を強化することを目的とした、20,000人の役員代表組織だ。
NACD NXTの使命は、企業のパフォーマンスを改善し、このような実践にスポットライトを当てるため、イノベーションとダイバーシティを使っている役員を代表することにある。ダイバーシティとインクルージョンを改善するために役員メンバーにツールを提供し、また奨学金と教育を通して次世代の役員を育てる手助けをしている。

The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), in collaboration with Deloitte, announced its second annual NACD NXT Recognition awards based on excellence in utilizing board diversity and innovation as a strategy for building long-term value in the company.
The NACD is an organization representing over 20.000 board directors in order to help them to strengthen investors trust and public confidence.
The NACD NXT mission is to represent boards using innovation and diversity to increase the company performance and highlight those practices, provide tools to help board members to improve diversity and inclusion, and to help the next board generation through scholarship and education.
