東急建設は、方言や外国語のナレーションで「ラジオ体操第バ（第1×ダイバーシティ）」を制作し、東急建設の公式YouTubeで公開した。
建設現場では、経験の浅い若手や外国人労働者の増加によって言語やバックグラウンドが異なる人が増加し、コミュニケーション不足が災害原因になることも少なくないという。そのため、建設業の労働災害撲滅を目指し、建設現場で働く多様な人々のコミュニケーション活性化を目的として制作した。始業時の慣習となっているラジオ体操を国内5方言・海外6カ国語7種類の計12パターンあり、東急建設や協力会社の従業員が出演するプロモーション版と、日常的に使用できるようモデルが出演するモデル版がある。
東急建設は、建設業の労働災害撲滅を目指した取り組みで、国内外の建設現場で広く活用されることを期待している。

Tokyu Construction has created “Radio Calisthenics/Exercise Daiba (No. 1 x Diversity)” with dialects and narrations in foreign languages, and has published it on Tokyu Construction’s official YouTube.
At the construction sites, the number of inexperienced young and foreign workers has increased as well as/,so as the number of people with different languages and backgrounds. And it often causes troubles among them.Therefore, the company put the aims to eradicate occupational accidents in the construction industry and to stimulate communication among diverse people working at construction sites.There are a total of 12 patterns of radio exercises that are customary at the start of business, 7 types in 5 dialects in Japan and 7 languages in 6 other countries countries.They also use a promotion version in which employees of Tokyu Construction and cooperating companies do exercise and a model-appearing version that can be used on a daily basis.
Tokyu Construction aims to eradicate occupational accidents in the construction industry and hopes that it will be widely used at construction sites in Japan and in foreign countries.
