「ファーストペンギン」ということばをご存知でしょうか。

Do you know the concept of “First Penguin” ?

ペンギンの群れの中から、
危険を恐れず魚を求めて最初に海に飛びこむ
勇敢なペンギンのことを指すことばです。

It means not to be afraid to take a risk.
When all the penguins are on the edge of the ice shelf,
anxious to jump in the water to chase fish.
There is always that first penguin brave enough to
jump first and lead the others.

ダイバーシティ&インクルージョンに取り組む
ファーストペンギンのようなあなたをサポートしたい。
そんな想いから「PINGUINC.」は生まれました。

Like the first penguin we want to help you doing
the first jump in diversity and inclusion.
That’s how the idea of “PINGUINC.” was born.

「PINGUIN」

インクルーシブ教育で有名なオランダの言語で
ペンギンを「PINGUIN（ピングイン）」といいます

In the Dutch language,
famous for its inclusive education,
Penguin is called Pinguin

欧米を中心に、海外では
ダイバーシティ＆インクルージョンへの取り組みが進んでいます。
それに比べ、日本は2,30年以上も取り組みが遅れ、
まだまだマイノリティにとって働きにくいのが現状です。

Over the past decades effort toward diversity
and inclusion are rising overseas,
especyally in western countries.
In comparison Japan has been delayed
in efforts for 20 or 30 years
and it is still really difficult
for minorities to be able to work normally.

今後注目されていくことが予想され、
企業や社会が持続的に成長していくためにも、
ダイバーシティ＆インクルージョンは
