今年、職場平等基金（WEF）は職場における不平等や差別、障壁などをなくそうとする企業支援のために80万ポンドの資金提供をする。
企業は11か月の期間にダイバーシティー＆インクルージョンの向上プログラム立ち上げのためであれば5万ポンドまで資金提供を受けるための申請ができる。
これまでに、この基金は22の企業に対し資金提供をしており、金融・技術部門における女性支援、職場におけるメンタルヘルス問題への理解促進、建設業においてすらダイバーシティー＆インクルージョンの改善などに使われている。
This year, the Workplace Equality Fund will provide £800,000 to support companies in reducing employment inequalities, discrimination and barriers.
Companies can apply for up to £50,000 of support to set up programs to develop and improve diversity and inclusion over an 11 month period.
So far, the fund provided support to 22 companies such as training and supporting women in financial and technology sectors, improving the understanding of mental health issues in workplaces, or even improving inclusion and diversity in the construction industry.
