フランスのテレコムオペレーター企業であるオレンジ(Orange)は、男女平等、とりわけ賃金に関する平等を世界的に進めていくと発表した。
オレンジは、CAC40企業(フランスの株式インデックスで、日経２２５のようなもの)の中で、初めてこの結論に辿り着いた企業だ。
この合意は、早くて2025年までに男女同一賃金を達成するため、賃金格差を是正しようとするものである。また、この動きには世界のオレンジ企業で働く149000人の従業員が関係している。
The French telecom operator Orange has announced the conclusion of a global agreement on gender equality, more specifically toward the wage gap.
Orange is the first company that led to this agreement among CAC companies (the French stock market index).
The agreement aims to reduce the wage gaps to achieve equal pay on a comparable basis by 2025 at the latest. This concerns the 149,000 employees working for Orange worldwide.
