ルーマニアのNGOに付与された2650万ユーロ

Active Citizens Fund Romaniaが発足し、2650万ユーロの資金が国内のNGOに付与されることになった。

さまざまなプロジェクトがあり、以下の8つの活動に取り組む予定だ。

• サービスが不十分な地域への市民参加
• 市民教育と関与
• 市民活動と擁護
• 人権と平等な治療意識
• 人権と平等な扱いに対する戦略的支援
• サービスが不十分な地域において、社会的弱者を結集させる
• 社会的弱者の包摂に向けた支援活動
• 民族間農村コミュニティの発展

気候変動、男女平等、人権、ルーマニアの人々のD＆Iに関するプロジェクトにより焦点を当てる形になる。

助成金の範囲は5,000ユーロから250,000ユーロ。

Active Citizen Fundは、2019年6月に開始されたNGOの資金調達プログラムで、4,600万ユーロの資金が投入されている。2019年から2024年にかけて市民社会の強化と社会的弱者の支援を行うことを目的としている。

Launched by Active Citizens Fund Romania, a 26.5 million euros fund will be granted to NGOs in the country.

The different projects will cover 8 activities:

• Civic participation in under-served areas
• Civic education and involvement
• Civic activism and advocacy
• Human rights and equal treatment awareness
• Strategic support for human rights and equal treatment
• Mobilizing vulnerable groups in under-served areas
• Advocacy activities for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups
• And, the development of inter-ethnic rural communities

With a bigger focus for the projects concentrated on climate change, gender equality, human rights and D&I of the Romanian population.

The grants can range from 5,000 euros to 250,000 euros.

Active Citizen Fund is a NGOs financing program launched in June 2019 supported with 46 million euros and aimed to consolidate the civil society and empower vulnerable groups during the 2019-2024 period.
