フランス、ドイツ、イギリス、アメリカの4か国における職場差別に関連した新しいGlassdoorの調査によると、アメリカがワースト１だった。
レポートによればアメリカ人従業員の61％が職場で差別を目撃あるいは経験したとのこと。イギリスは55％、フランスは43％、ドイツは37％で、世界平均は49％だそうだ。
このランキングは年齢、ジェンダー、人種、LGBTなどに関連したグループ分けにおいても同じである。

LGBT差別に関しては、職場において男性の方が女性より差別を受けることが多い。
世代でいうと、年輩より若い世代の方が差別を受けたり目撃しやすい。
自分の会社は多様な労働者を雇っていると報告している人たちが71％いる一方で、約50％はよりダイバーシティ＆インクルージョンを進めるべきだとも答えている。しかも、56％が過去数年にわたってダイバーシティ＆インクルージョンに対する投資が増えたと答えたのにもかかわらずだ。
しかし、今年はじめのGlassdorレポートによると、ダイバーシティ＆インクルージョンに関連した仕事の提供は2018年に比べ、2019年は37％増加したとのこと。
A new Glassdoor survey based on the workplace discrimination analysis of 4 countries, France, Germany, The UK and the US, ranks the United States first in discrimination.
According to the report, 61% of the American employees have either witnessed or experienced discrimination in the workplace, compared to 55% in the UK, 43% in France and 37% in Germany, for a global average of 49%.
The ranking discrimination remains the same regarding the sub-division groups (Ageism, Gender, Racial and LGBT).

Regarding LGBT discrimination, men are more likely than women to have experienced or witnessed discrimination in the workplace.
Younger generations are also more likely to report experiencing or witnessing discrimination in the workplace than older generations.
Despite the majority of the employees (71%) reporting working for a company employing a diverse workforce, half of them believe their company should do more to increase diversity and inclusion even if 56% of them report a diversity and inclusion investment increasing from their company over the last few years.
However, according to an earlier Glassdoor report this year, diversity and inclusion related job offer have increased by 37% in 2019 compared to 2018.
