報告書によると、50歳以上の人間の半分以上が仕事を辞めざるをえなくなり、10年以上にわたって経済的に困難な状況に陥った。

A recent study by Urban Institute used survey results from more than 2,000 adults over age 50 who were employed full time with the same company for five or more years.
According to the report, more than half of those aged 50 years and older were forced to leave their job resulting in financial losses for more than a decade.
