Intuit India is committed to provide equality to all of its employees.
For this the company is extending its medical insurance to LGBT employees as well as allowing them to enroll their partner under the insurance.
In addition to this, the company will be reimbursing up to Rs. 75,000 for sex realignment surgery and is one of the few companies to provide gender neutral bathrooms.
(N.B : according to the World Bank, the average income in 2016 was around Rs. 10 000 in India).
